Characters:

1. Vision pre-aligning system: It realizes orientation using two CCD system probe on the cross of the substrate ,At the same time, the operator adjust the table to make the mark on the printing substrate and the moulding board superposition according to the cross-line on the screen. It can make high aligning precision and convenience operation.
2. Precision table system: The table adopts raster orienting in the whole travel range and close-loop controlling, servomotor and precise ball leading screw driving. The table has X, Y, θaxis micro-adjustable organization, adjusting by micrometer in each direction and reaches high adjustable precision; The distance between the screen and the table can be adjusted conveniently.
3. Printing press and dauber press can be adjusted separately, using press classification compensatory technique which can stabilize printing press and have instrument to show.
4. The display and operate unit adopt LCD screen. The main control system adopts IPC and can reach high reliability.
